Rob, I'm retiring on 15 May, and just ended my Litesabre subscription. I haven't flown since November (medical thing) so I haven't had a lot of use for it lately, but I still find myself looking at it daily just to see how things are going. My last payment went today, before I got the payment shutdown so I'll be paying for a month into retirement... but that's ok because your product was so valuable to me over the years. It was always incredible to me the way you kept Litesabre fresh, updated and innovative, and adapted to changes at the company. Your response time to emails reporting bugs or suggesting changes was always remarkable - maybe you have a bunch of secretaries to help out, I don't know... if so, it was money well spent. And all this while an active pilot at AA. Anyway, just wanted to thank you for all the ways it helped me out through the years, and I think you deserve everything you've gotten out of it. Hello - As a new hire, LiteSabre was one of the first tools recommended to me for being truly prepared on the line. I saw it in the crew room, I saw it on my observation flights, and I see it working firsthand before even finishing OE - it has already guided me through cancellations and deadheads and reschedules and aircraft swaps and I’m only on my second trip!! Admittedly, there is a steep learning curve, especially with the meaning of each system code or the proper use & intention of the trading and bidding systems. But that will all come with time I’m sure. Thank you for your commitment to the pilot group and all of your hard work.

Dear LiteSabre folks, I have retired effective October. Since I do not expect any more calls from crew scheduling, I will no longer be needing your service. I am requesting my subscription be cancelled. The LiteSabre service is, in my opinion, essential for every pilot at American Airlines. I have derived a tremendous benefit from your application. FFD reserves to right to block any user from using the Service at any time. FFD will not be held liable for interruption of data, network outages or blockages, inaccurate or missing information, failed or incorrectly routed trip trades, incorrectly uploaded Nimble Trader trades, or any other damages incurred by using this system. Users agree to transmit certain personal data to FFD, including, but not limited to, DECS commands inputted, schedule information and sequence details, solely for the purpose of maintaining proper functionality, and to facilitate troubleshooting of the system. All personal data will be protected by FFD, not shared with any third party, and erased immediately upon written request from the user. By using the Service you are acknowledging that you are a current employee of American Airlines, and have been authorized access to "DECS" and "RES" data, including but not limited to American Airlines flight priority lists. General terms of use.

All data, including preflight and/or FAR 117 legality data is provided as is, and is not guaranteed to be accurate; nor should you rely solely on any data provided by FFD to make any decisions concerning the safe operation of any aircraft. You are solely responsible for independently verifying, using other sources, the validity of all data provided by FFD. FFD will not be held responsible for any professional decisions made by you in the course of duties as a crewmember for American Airlines. By using this service you also agree that you will not use any FFD website, service or other material or data when such use would be in violation of FAA regulations or American Airlines policy.

Auto Trade terms of use.

Auto Trade is a powerful automatic trading program that will, if you authorize 'immediate trading', trade trips in your DECS account without your prior consent. Every step has been taken to ensure that no trades are made that do not specifically meet your trade requests; however, as with all software and human beings, mistakes and communications breakdowns are possible. Forty Foot Designs LLC, (FFD) the maker of LiteSabre Auto Trade, will not be held financially responsible for damages incurred by, or relating to, missed trades, misrouted trades, incorrect trades, improperly inputted data, lost or interrupted data connection, or any other anomaly relating to the use of this software. You use this service entirely at your own risk, and are solely responsible for any trading made by this software. You agree to be responsible for any AA sequences that are placed on your schedule by this software, and you agree not to involve American Airlines, or the Allied Pilots Association in any potential dispute with FFD arising from the use or misuse of the the 'Auto Trade' trading system.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted for unused portions of subscriptions for up to sixty (60) days from time of purchase. No refunds will be disbursed after the 60 day period under any circumstances with the exception of the following: In the unlikely event that APA denies FFD access to data from Sabre, you will be issued a refund for all unused portions of subscriptions, prorated to the nearest full month.
