Id like you to know that night as I was printing the flight plan with the FA’s standing around and dispatch on the phone, the first clue that the trip was delayed was from lite Sabre. They all saw it and started asking why they didnt know before which opened the door for my sales pitch. Dispatch didn’t realize it either, I read them the text message. We were all suitably impressed.

So how about this for customer support: you now solve problems before your customer is even aware of the issue. Which leads me to this thought: I can only imagine that you have no life, since you seem to be omnipresent at all moments - a bit like Zeus looking down from Mount Olympus.
