Let's face it. With over 15,000 pilots, Out of Base flying, PBS, and continual trip trading, we simply don't fly with the same pilots often. Sometimes it seems like we're always meeting someone new in the cockpit. It's impossible to remember anything about our coworkers, let alone where they are from, what their history is, and whether or not they like beer.

Keep private notes.
